- The Geological Story of Wellesley 1961 The Wellesley Conservation Land Trust's book, published in 1961 and updated in 1984, is out of print, but a scanned copy of the 1961 edition can be found at this link. We're told that the contents is also out of date--not because the rocks are 60 years older, but because some of the science as advanced, such as plate tectonics, which isn't mentioned. You can find original copies at the Wellesley Free Library and the online catalog.
