Directions to Susan Lee and Heyl Sanctuaries
Directions: From Dover Rd, take Livingston Road The Susan Lee sanctuary lies on both sides of the road at approximately 195 Livingston Road. Park on the road. The Guernsey Path, a very wide trail on top of a sewer line easement, traverses both sections of the Susan Lee Sanctuary. There are wooden Wellesley Conservation Commission (WCC) signs on either side of the road marking the edge of the sanctuary.
By following the Guernsey Path west, you can continue along the Charles River, pass the Waban Arches, cross Wellesley College and ultimately connect to the Crosstown Trail at Weston Road. By following the Guernsey Trail southeast from the road you can connect with the Guernsey Sanctuary which is marked by a WCC sign on the left side of the trail.
The Susan Lee Sanctuary extends north along Livingston Road and meets the Heyl Sanctuary, which continues along Livingston Road until it ends at Ridge Hill Farm Road. There are no maintained trails in this section of the two sanctuaries.
